Chapter 14 Factorisation
What is Factorisation?
When we factorise an algebraic expression. We write it as a product of factors. These factors may be number, algebric variables or algebraic expressions.
For example: 3 xy, 2x(y + 2), (y + 1)(x + 2) are already in factor form. On the other hand expressions like 2 x + 4, 3 x + 3 y are not factored.
