These are the Standard set of rules for an organization:
1) All workers should be well aware of the causes that can lead to accidents and accordingly demonstration must be given to handle any emergency situation.
2) All necessary safety equipment should be present in the organization that will help to cope up with any kind of emergency.
3) Train the employees beforehand about all the possible emergency situation related to the workplace and ways to escape from it.
4) All types of Instructions and maps related to safety measures must be displayed at key places which are visible to all employees.
Accident, Fire, Electric shock, Earth quick are the emergency which can happen anywhere

What are the causes of fire ignition? What safety measures we should take?
Causes of fire ignition:
At every workplace, fire is used for production. Either they use electric devices or petrol, but they mostly depend on it.
While using these devices in workplace, there are chances of fire ignition which can be due to following reasons:
1) Lightening or Thundering
2) Heat generated from combustion engines, heater, boilers
3) Sparks from electric devices
4) Smoking
5) Flame of LPG cylinder
Fire Safety Measures:
1) Restrict Smoking: An organisation should prohibit smoking in its building as well as within the campus.
2) Fire Escape Plans: A Sign Board or Map displaying all the emergency exits should be placed at key places.
3) Fire Drills: Mock Drills should be conducted at regular intervals so the worker should know what to do in emergency.
4) Fire Safety Equipment: An organisation should keep certain equipment for fire safety and workers should know how to operate them.

An unexpected incident that may cause injury. The injury can be a minor cut or can be a cause to death. An accident can also result into property loss.

It doesn't matter the size of the workplace. An accident can take place anytime like using heavy machinery, Electric shock etc.

2) Accident due to fire.

What is Emergency? Explain different types of Emergency.
An Emergency is situation that needs immediate attention. It may cause to property loss, risk to life. An emergency needs organised efforts to reduce the loss.
Type of Emergency:
1) Government Emergency: In COVID the government had declared lock down in country, so such emergency is declared by the government. Due to any reasons like political instability, security reasons, or enemy attach can declare an emergency.
2) Natural Emergency: Flood, forest fire, heavy rain are the examples of natural emergency. Natural emergency is not limited to a workplace, but it could cover a city or a state.
3) Workplace Emergency: Such emergency is limited to a workplace where it take place. In workplace situations like gas explosion, fire, or terrorist attach are some examples of workplace emergency.
