Stress is a kind of emotion that hijacks our brain and it stays in our mind for one day or sometime a week. It doesn’t affect mentally, but it also affects physical health. It also affects the productivity of a person.

1) Internal Factors are actually inside in someone’s head like poor self-image, lack of self confidence, illness. There external factors aren’t responsible.
2) External Factors like weather, social situation, climate
condition, are responsible for stress. Sometime job, home sickness, exams
are also responsible for it.

Everyone has felt stress in their life whether work stress in office or exam stress in school, so stress can be divided into two categories.
1) Minor Stress is good for productivity. Professional players well know singer also feel minor stress before performance every day, but when minor stress goes to another level then it becomes harmful.
2) Major Stress is a stage when minor stress breaks it's boundary and it starts affecting mental and physical health then it’s needed to be cured immediately. Otherwise it may have negative impact in someone’s life.

There are many ways of stress management techniques which can be used to release stress
1) Yoga is worldwide recognized technique today which keeps us
physical and mentally sound, so 20 minutes yoga a day can make a huge
difference in our mental health. There are many online video which can be
used for practice.
2) Morning jog is also a good way of stress release. Daily
morning jog activates our blood circulation and boosts energy level, so
complete day goes without stress.
3) Going to vacation and spending time away from daily life
are also another ways of stress management technique. In vacation we get
enough time to connect with our self, going to hill station with family and
friends keeps you away from stress.
4) Taking Nature walk brings us close to nature and we feel
connected with nature. It is medically proved a person who takes daily
nature walks have normal blood press than a person who doesn’t take.
