What is stress?
Stress is a kind of emotion that hijacks our brain and it stays in our mind for one day or sometime a week. It doesn’t affect mentally, but it also affects physical health. It also affects the productivity of a person.
There are two factors for stress:
1) Internal Factor
2) external Factor
What are the different factors for stress?
There are basically two responsible factors for stress.

1) Internal Factors are actually inside in someone’s head like poor self-image, lack of self confidence, illness. There external factors aren’t responsible.
2) External Factors like weather, social situation, climate
condition, are responsible for stress. Sometime job, home sickness, exams
are also responsible for it.
What are the stress causing agents?
1) Financial: Poor financial management and getting trapped in debt and having no enough money to return it. There is not enough money to buy luxuries of life which could make life stressful.
2) Social: Social stress arises from giving less time in family and preferring nuclear family. The social media is also responsible for stress.
3) Physical: Physical appearance, physical weakness, and illness can also trigger stress.
4) Mental: When someone is unable to cope with mental pressure or office workload which could lead to stress.

1) Minor Stress is good for productivity. Professional players well know singer also feel minor stress before performance every day, but when minor stress goes to another level then it becomes harmful.

What are the main stress management techniques?
There are many ways of stress management techniques which can be used to release stress
1) Yoga is worldwide recognized technique today which keeps us
physical and mentally sound, so 20 minutes yoga a day can make a huge
difference in our mental health. There are many online video which can be
used for practice.
2) Morning jogging is also a good way of stress release. Daily
morning jogging activates our blood circulation and boosts energy level, so
complete day goes without stress.
3) Going to vacation and spending time away from daily life
are also another ways of stress management technique. In vacation we get
enough time to connect with our self, going to hill station with family and
friends keeps you away from stress.
4) Taking Nature walk brings us close to nature and we feel
connected with nature. It is medically proved a person who takes daily
nature walks have normal blood press than a person who doesn’t take.
