What is report in in Open Office Base?
Report is the main component of a Database Management System, which is used to present data in a printable format. For example we have entered students marks in tables. We can print results with report component in open office base.
Report can be created in one way:
1) Create Report using wizard view.

These are the steps to create report in wizard view:
1) Click Report
Component in Open Office and select ‘Use Wizard to Create Report’

3) Now you can change labels in your report if you want.

4) You can sort your record in ascending or descending order according to a single field.
5) Give Report name and press Finish button.
