1) Design: A large team of IT and management expert is required to develop a BPM project. The management team provides the requirement in software and IT team design a software according to their needs.

2) Model: BPM team design a model of software which covers the needs of the management team.

The structure of IT – BPM Industry depends on following factors:

1) Income: How much income a company generate?
2) Geographic: Company provides services to domestic clients or international clients.
3) Services: What types of services a company provides to their clients?

These are the different types of IT – BPM Industries:

1) Multinational Company (MNC): These companies provide services in many counties. They have head office in one country and serve in multiple countries.

2) Indian Service Provider (ISP): These companies provide services to their domestic clients. They have head office in India and provide services in country and abroad.

5) Entertainment: Earlier people had less source of entertainment. IT Applications have given access to music, movie, games, and TV Channels 24X7.
