What are the Barriers in Effective Communication?
Communication is a skill to express thought to other person. There are Verbal, Non-Verbal, and Visual communication that can be used to convey a message. There are some barriers in effects communication.

2) Physical Barriers: Sometime due to noise, due to closed doors or due to faulty equipment a receiver couldn't understand a message that is a Physical barrier. This is most evident barrier and it can be easily removed.
3) Cultural Barriers: In multinational companies many people come from different culture. They have different dressing sense, different religion, and different food so general behavior from one culture to another culture differs.
4) Psychological Barriers: There are many mental and psychological barriers like stage fear, depression, or speech disorders, which can block a effective communication. Therefore a receiver couldn't understand a message passed by a sender.
5) Emotional Barriers: The emotional intelligence of a person also determines the effective communication. An emotionally mature person can communicate effectively with other person who doesn't let his emotions to take over him.
6) Technological Barriers: Sometime due to poor internet
connection a message doesn't go to a receiver.

In effective communication 7Cs play an important role. These are the 7Cs of effective communication.

2) Principle of Consciousness: A message should be delivered in minimum a word as possible that is more effective and thoughtful. A heavy paragraph and unnecessary explanation becomes barrier in effective communication, so message should be conveyed in limited words.
3) Principle of Consideration: A message should be conveyed after consideration of the receiver level. There are some other factors like place, atmosphere, and number of receiver should be kept in consideration. Before sharing a message we should thing from audience point of view.
4) Principle of Clarity: A speaker should have clarity about a message that what message he going to deliver. The message should be conveyed step by step and logically linked, so that audience translate the meaning easily and correctly.
5) Principle of Correctness: A message should be delivery with correctness, and with correct tone. In oral communication stress and unstressed pronunciation makes a huge difference. In written message punctuation, grammar, and spelling develop the confidence of a reader.
6) Principle of Credibility: A direct and effective message develops credibility. On the other hand grammar, spelling, and stress give extra edge to a message.
7) Principle of Courtesy: A receiver and a sender both should
have courtesy for each other. A receiver should appreciate and give timely
feedback and shouldn’t use rude word for sender.
