How to use highlight color in MS Word?

Highlight color is used to highlight text in a document. It overlaps with text like we highlight words in a printed document.


Steps to highlight text:

1) Select sentence in a document.
2) Click home tab and go to font group
3) Select text highlight color and choose color.

How to add Header and Footer in MS Word?

Header and Footer are the title and subtitle in a document. These are applied in whole documents. Header and Footer display logo, title, date, page number in an entire document. Header is repeated at the top of a document whereas Footer is repeated at the bottom of a document.

Add Header and Footer:
1) Click Insert tab and go to Header & Footer group.
2) Select Header or Footer icon.
3) Select Built-in style.
4) Type desired title for Header or Footer.
5) Click close Header & Footer button.

Remove Header and Footer:
1) Click Insert tab and go to Header & Footer group.
2) Select Header or Footer icon.
3) Select Remove Header or Footer option.
